We found Donna by accident while looking at property in Ocean Shores. She took us under her wing and showed us a good range of properties that fit our needs. She is very knowledgeable about OS and is an excellent promoter of the community.
When it came time to make an offer, she was very helpful in representing our interests (as a buyer's agent). She has worked diligently to make sure that our deal gets done in a timely manner. Donna has excelled at keeping us posted as to the myriad details of getting the deal closed. She proved to be an excellent negotiator with all of the players in a real estate deal, from sellers to out of state lenders. She did an excellent job of handling the many hoops involved in a VA loan and demonstrated great skills in keeping the process moving.
Donna effectively utilizes all the tools of the trade in communications these days, from email to voice mail to texting. She even helped me to get started on my new smart phone after my older phone died in the middle of the process! Great job!!
